The employee wellbeing logo has elements that are resembles a person. Without these elements one could not survive, which are; Sun, Vegetation and Nature. The head of the character on the logo is in form of the sun, to symbolize brand new day, light, self, life, strength, energy, clarity and direction. The body has “W” which resembles a joyful wellbeing, symbolizes employee wellbeing

Green

is a colour pervasive in the natural environment that says renewing, refreshing and regenerating. It represents balance, growth, learning, calming, nature and harmony. Green is second only to blue as a favourite colour.

Orange

is the color of joy and creativity. Orange promotes a sense of general wellness and emotional energy that should be shared, such as compassion, passion, and warmth. Orange will help a person recover from disappointments, a wounded heart, or a blow to one’s pride.

Overview of Wellbeing

Spiritual Wellbeing

The sense of peace and contentment stemming from a person’s capacity and experience in living their purpose and finding meaning in their lives.

Psychological Wellbeing

The extent to which people experience positive emotions and feelings of happiness due to their self-acceptance, self-efficacy, self-esteem, autonomy, environmental mastery and personal growth.

Emotional being (EQ)

The ability to perceive, control and evaluate emotions, and express them appropriately. It entails having a healthy self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal skills, good decision making skills as well as stress management. People are not disturbed by things, but by the view they take of them.

Physical being

The maintenance of a healthy body through good nutrition, exercise, avoiding harmful habits such as smoking and using drugs, making informed decisions about your health.
